Research On The Interactive Development Evaluation And Service Mode Of Manufacturing And Logistics Industry Based On DEA Model

As China’s leading and pillar industries, the development of manufacturing need the support of logistics.Manufacturing logistics outsourcing can reduce costs, improve core competitiveness. It is an important way to the development of the manufacturing.The release of manufacturing logistics demand will promote the development of the logistics industry, the demand of the manufacturing is the basis for the development of the logistics industry. Enhancing the interaction level of manufacturing and logistics helps the "win-win" development of both. Study on the interaction development of the manufacturing and logistics is of great significance.Based on the quantitative analysis of the interaction development level of manufacturing and logistics using the DEA methods, the paper analyzes the key issues of the interaction development of manufacturing and logistics. The interaction service mode based on information sharing is put forward to solve the current problems and improve the interaction development level.Research mainly in the following section.(l)Analyze the current development of the logistics industry and manufacturing logistics, summarize the basic mode of the interaction development between the manufacturing and logistics.(2)Analyze the drivers and constraints of the interaction development of the manufacturing and logistics. Use the system dynamics causal diagram to analyze the relationship of the interaction development between the manufacturing and logistics in the role of the drivers. Use the DEM ATEL method to identify the key constraints.(3)Establish the evaluation system based on the qualitative analysis of system dynamics, use the improved DEA method to establish the evaluation mode to analyze the interaction development level of manufacturing and logistics using the data of Fujian.(4)According to the development level and the key constraints, analyze the key issues existed. The paper further proposes the interactive service mode based on information sharing to solve the key issues.Analyze the content, objectives, features, operation mechanism components of this mode. Finally study on the implementation of the mode-to establish manufacturing and logistics industry interaction service platform, and design the function, business architecture and technical architecture of the platform.
