With the rapid development of the domestic economy,China's private financial services institutions are also growing,private holding and privatization become the mainstream of the development of modern financial industry,which not only makes that the state-owned financial institutions in the SME financial services market is missing,but also for the establishment of a sound financial market system,promote the development of the socialist market economy provides an important guarantee.At the same time,private financial institutions such as the low level of credit,the strategic positioning is not clear,talent pool mechanism is imperfect,organizational management is not perfect and so on,and then they need to strengthen the regulation of market mechanisms and government regulation,and for private financial institutions It is more necessary to grasp the opportunities for economic development,make up for the development of short board,enhance the competitive advantage,improve the level of social services.HGCC,as the sole independent fund sales license enterprise of Zhongyuan,has important research significance and value.Secondly,through the practice and exploration of the strategic management theory and method in all aspects of the project operation,the author tries to understand the internal environment and competitive strategy of HGCC,and then analyzes the relationship between HGCC's internal environment and the competitive strategy.Finally,according to the current development of the financial industry and the direction of reform to determine the direction of future strategic management of HGCC.According to research ideas,the article is divided into six chapters.Chapter One is introduction.The status of the industry,the development of the enterprise,etc.Are introduced.The significance and research contents,methods and framework of the research are stated.We analysis the external environment of HGCC in Chapter 2.Including the status quo of the company,the status quo of relevant theoretical research,and the PEST analysis and five-force model analysis for the company.The third chapter analyzes the internal environment of HGCC.This chapter mainly introduces the functional structure,core competence and internal environment analysis of HGCC,and systematically excavates the organizational structure of HGCC and the specific situation of stakeholders.Chapter IV is the choice of HGCC business strategy.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of HGCC's existing business strategy,and the reasons and strategic contents of the strategic choice are analyzed.Chapter V is th implementation and Guarantee of HGCC Business Strategy.This chapter mainly from the organizational security,financial security,cultural security in three aspects were analyzed.And elaborated the coordination of human,financial,material and brand resources.Chapter 6 is conclusion and prospect.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the results are discussed according to the literature research and the actual situation,including the main research conclusion,research limitations and future research prospects.
