Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of Commercial Banks Under Internet Finance

With the advent of the Internet financial era,China's various financial industries are facing opportunities and challenges,large or small.Under the background of financial disintermediation,commercial banks,as an important part of the financial industry,appear to be in serious crisis at the critical moment of the times.With the emergence and rise of various Internet financial platforms,commercial banks which rely on traditional debt business to obtain interest margin income have been deeply affected,which has brought a huge impact.In this special period,if traditional commercial banks want to win,they urgently need to accelerate the upgrading and transformation.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the theory of Internet finance,mainly introduces the definition,characteristics and main modes of Internet finance,and summarizes the research on Internet finance at home and abroad.At the same time,it summarizes the literature on the transformation and upgrading of commercial banks at home and abroad.Then,it introduces the development status of the main modes of Internet finance.Show,as well as the development of commercial banks in the era of Internet finance and the status quo of Internet development and application are analyzed.Then this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal competitive environment and the situation of commercial banks in the context of competition from four perspectives.Then,according to the SWOT matrix construction,four countermeasures are put forward for the transformation of commercial banks under the Internet finance.According to the strategic analysis,the Transformation Countermeasures of commercial banks are to integrate information effectively by making good use of their own advantages,at the same time,to carry out multi-directional cooperation with Internet financial enterprises and introduce mixed operation.We should expand our diversified business and provide better and more complete financial services.This paper mainly presents the dangerous situation of commercial bank development through data analysis,and provides relevant countermeasures for the transformation and upgrading of commercial banks.
