In the past few decades,logistics has been a supporting function of production and consumption.Logistics can often be determined by focusing on optimizing business activities related to the efficient flow and storage of inventory,goods and services throughout the supply chain.For traditional courier services,functionality is just a cost.However,since the 1990 s,this concept has changed the marketing principles to determine the ability of express delivery services to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Although logistics research has accumulated a great deal of knowledge about these activities,it is often overlooked that the key issues of human behavior.Behavioral issues,especially behavioral issues in judgment and decision-making,are of great relevance and importance to logistics research because people often fail to make choices that meet norms or best policies and cannot be made in a concrete and systematic manner.select.Therefore,unless behavioral reality is incorporated into the model of logistics activities and incorporated into theory,robustness,predictive accuracy,and overall usefulness are limited.Behavioral research is equally important for supply chain management,which,according to the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals,involves the coordination of representatives from suppliers,intermediaries,third-party service providers,and customers(ie,human decision makers of multiple companies).Cooperation.Therefore,this optimization scheme combines human behavior and decision-making research,through the actual operation of the GY distribution center,through this optimized service model,comprehensively improve the company's distribution quality,and promote the company's distribution service model development to customers.Accreditation has led to further optimization and reform of the company's service approach.It is worth noting that although the scheme is specially proposed in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,due to the universality of the theory and the extensive operation,the scheme can also be applied to the implementation and implementation of logistics enterprises with similar problems.
