With the rapid development of economy at home and abroad,China has gradually become the world's products processing and manufacturing center,manufacturing enterprises between the increasingly intensified competition,the concept of market demand and consumers increasingly multi-facetted trend.Within the enterprise's own management system need to operate efficiently and continuously improved,the production plan from the manufacturing industry in a leading position in the original scale of large quantities of several varieties of small batch production mode in succession to shift,especially for FMCG biscuit industry has had a huge impact.The demands of consumers and consumer market changes with each passing day,in a changing environment to meet the market,the change of biscuit production and forecast is not accurate,the efficiency of production planning management is not high become a problem of biscuit production enterprises,with biscuits production enterprises need to constantly to reduce the production cost and reduce inventory,to ensure product freshness and increasing the turnover of funds,to shorten the delivery time,to ensure that the product cost advantage,this is the enterprise important means to improve the market share and ensure profitability.Therefore,how to optimize and improve production plan management in a changing market environment naturally becomes the problem that biscuit production enterprises need to solve as soon as possible.Based on M biscuit production plan as the research object,through the investigation of M company production plan management and the analysis of the actual situation,find out the problems existing in the current production plan management,and then to solve these problems,the application of science project management theory and method,based on the characteristics of the specific production technology and production line,in-depth analysis of relevant data,according to different production line type set up corresponding production plan management methods,and use this method to guide the production plan,production plan management improvement scheme is obtained.Firstly,the joint discussion and linkage mechanism of the company,the factory and the production line are realized by using the end-to-end supply chain plan management.Secondly,by building a long-term,medium-term and short-term forecast system of plan,put all the data in different periods of concatenated together effectively,based on rolling production plan and long-term plan for reference,improve the forecasting accuracy and operability.Formulating and forecasting follow-up production plans and personnel preparation;Again,combined with the actual situation to optimize supply chain planning module standard,perfect plan based data optimization,improvement plan arrangement of some of the standard model,and the plan system of continuous optimization,support delivery to improve the accuracy of;Finally,the pilot operation and production line are adopted to realize the experiment and promotion of the above action plan and optimize the management of production plan.In the optimization improvement strategy and safeguard measures,mainly through the company's internal planning process improvement,internal and external resources integration and cooperation between upstream and downstream,the optimization of M company daily plan management system.The research work and results of this paper have practical value for the improvement of production plan management of M company,and can also be used for reference for other fast consumer manufacturers with similar production modes.
