Research On Lean Office Project Of Z. Company

Z company is the only diesel locomotive manufacturer built by the Ministry of Railways in 1966.As a "three line" construction enterprise,Z company is deeply branded"three line enterprise" characteristic-the factory scattered,"big,all,small and all"production mode,the social burden is heavy.Entering the new century,especially after the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008,how to quickly crack the "three line enterprise" development problems,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,has become the focus of the work of all employees of Z company.This paper focuses on the design and application of Lean Office Project in Z company,how to break the traditional management thinking of "three line enterprises" into modern management thinking,the use of modern management tools and means to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of management,rapid breakthrough in the development of management problems,provide solid foundation for promote the sustained and stable development of three lines of business ".This paper mainly adopts the method of combining normative research and empirical research mainly,according to the logic way of putting forward the problem,analyze and solve problems,from the analysis of the current situation of business office management of Z company,find gaps and problems of benchmarking enterprises inside and outside the country,innovation management,process optimization,explore the innovation of lean management and office management based on project management enterprise management and information,promote the depth of integration,the implementation of digital management to identify the direction and path for rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry,and strive to become "upgrade model management transformation three line enterprise",to continue to promote the accumulation of experience in information management platform.
