With the two elements which includes market development and new product development to promote the development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent,the focus of market competition from the original cost competition(price competition)transfer to service competition(non-price competition).The key to service competition is to improve service innovation ability.But at this stage,the service innovation is still stuck in the imagination,luck and follow level,and lacks of effective customer demand analysis and service design method support,so this article is committed to put forward an effective method for service innovation.First of all,this paper puts forward the service management material-field model based on the internal mechanism of service management and material-field model.Service management material-field model is a visual model that describes service management as a whole.Then,determine the service innovation goals,find out the current service management and service innovation between the contradictions,and apply the principle of TRIZ technology to find the measures to improve the service quality.Next,apply the quality house approach to identify the existence of conflicts between service improvement measures,identify the actions without conflicting activities ultimately needed to utilize to achieve the goal of service innovation.Finally,the method will be applied to the health industry.This article puts forward the promotion of service experience as the goal of service innovation.On the study of previous scholars,this article divides service experience into four Level e based on the "user emotional input" and “user interaction” Finally we get different service improvement measures to achieve service innovation goals at different levels of service experience enterprises.The service innovation approach proposed in this paper applies to all service industries,but this article only applies it to the health industry.The applicability of other services is still to be further explored.
