Study On The Develpoment Of Enterptise Orientated Mode Photovoltaic Agriculture

The innovation of development pattern and the use of new technology is an important way to promote the transformation of agriculture,which meets the need of the development of modern agriculture.Photovoltaic agriculture is a new mode of modern agricultural development that applies new technology to agricultural production.The main connotation of photovoltaic agriculture is that in the same land,photovoltaic power generation and agricultural production are carried out simultaneously,and the photovoltaic technology can promote the development of agriculture.Researches show that photovoltaic agriculture has a positive effect on reducing agricultural energy consumption,protecting ecological environment,improving land use efficiency,promoting land premium,increasing farmers' income,and promoting employment of farmers.How to give full play to the driving role of photovoltaic agriculture in agricultural transformation and development,while promoting the better and faster development of photovoltaic agriculture is a subject that worth studying.Which is pointed out in this paper is that past studies tended to ignore the subject position of agriculture in photovoltaic agriculture,photovoltaic agriculture development should be aimed at the development of agriculture,which should be limited is that let agriculture become the dependency of photovoltaic industry.This paper uses the theory of technology transfer to interpret the importance of transferring photovoltaic technology to agricultural sector and believes that the transferring of photovoltaic technology to agriculture can promote the development of agriculture,thus demonstrates the necessity of photovoltaic agricultural development.At the same time,the background,characteristics and trend of photovoltaic agricultural development was studied in this paper,and it is believed that the government's policy support to the development of photovoltaic agriculture is effective and forecast photovoltaic agriculture will be gradually developed quickly in 2020 years.This paper argues that there are three types of photovoltaic agriculture development mode,they are the government-led mode,government and enterprises cooperative mode,and enterprise orientated mode.It is believed that enterprise orientated mode represents the development direction of photovoltaic agriculture,this mode can effectively promote the development of photovoltaic agriculture.In this paper,the research is carried out on CECCP Dali Photovoltaic Agriculture co.,LTD to put forward the current situation and problems of the development of enterprise oriented photovoltaic agriculture.This paper points out that CECCP Dali company can unified planning,rational layout of photovoltaic agriculture,and make a positive exploration of the development of photovoltaic agriculture.CECCP Dali company has completed the construction of photovoltaic agriculture ecology park,provides the high quality of agricultural products for the society,at the same time,promotes the employment of farmers in surrounding areas and increase their income and accelerates the integration of agriculture and other industries.The development of photovoltaic agriculture of CECCP Dali company has obtained a good result and presented the good development momentum.In further research,this paper finds that there mainly exit three problems and difficulties of the development of the enterprise oriented photovoltaic agriculture,they are the problems of government supporting policies,the problems of production structure and technical level of enterprise,and the financial demand problems of enterprise.These problems are mainly due to the unsound supporting policy of government,the inaccurate positioning of government function,companies lack core technologies and the single financing and profit mode of enterprises.Based on these comprehensive investigation and study,this paper puts forward three pieces of advice to solve these problems.The government should adjust and improve the photovoltaic agriculture support policy,enterprise should improve the level of product and technology,enterprise also should innovate and extend the financing and profit mode of photovoltaic agriculture.
