Research On The Knowledge Structure Of Accounting Practitioners In The Internet + Era

The defect of knowledge structure of Internet + era of accounting professionals focused on the following points: the accounting personnel lack of Internet thinking,accounting practitioners lack of comprehensive qualities,accounting practitioners lack of business acumen,accounting practitioners are not proficient in the use of management accounting analysis tools.In this paper,first of all,through the literature review,the current "Internet +" era of knowledge structure of accounting practitioners in the study of the relevant results were explained,and the relevant theoretical analysis.Then,through the method of questionnaire survey to collect and analyze the data,it is concluded that the composition of the knowledge structure of accounting practitioners in the "Internet +" era.Finally,aiming at the defects of the knowledge structure adjustment suggestion,rationalization is,first,to establish a stable structure of professional knowledge;second,learning computer knowledge to adapt to social development,master the use of financial software and master a programming language;third,and strive to improve their foreign language level,the current global economic integration the English language has become a world language;fourth,expanding professional vision familiar with knowledge of related disciplines,as the "Internet +" to adapt to the development needs of the times of accounting practitioners,only understand their own professional knowledge is not to become a high-quality accounting personnel,under the new era of accounting personnel also need to understand the tax,the financial,auditing,computer knowledge,the front can stand in the tide of the times,as in the rapid development of the information age Be eliminated or replaced by computers;fifth,to strengthen the accounting personnel professional education reform,it is very important to the accounting personnel have been working,and also improve the overall quality of accounting personnel and improve the knowledge structure plays an important role.
