With Mobile Internet,the Location Based Services,Social Networking Services technology driven,consumers can quickly and accurately access to a large amount of product information,consumer occupy more initiative in the process of purchase goods.In the era of consumer sovereignty,how to efficiently and accurately capture customer requirement,how to meet customer needs and provide value-added services than expected,in order to boost the company's sales performance,improve customer satisfaction,it is worth every enterprise constantly thinking,improve,enhance primary problem.Taking LP Company's customer relationship management system implementation project for example,to investigate the current situation of membership management about LP Company's strategy,IT strategy,member's benefits,marketing etc.Secondly,the project has been divided into five stages by the SAP project management methodology including project preparation,blueprint phase,system implementation phase,on-line preparation phase,on-line support phase),and describe the work content for each phase,analysis the risk which LP Company encounter and proposed measures to avoid the risk.Thirdly,drawing on research results abroad and use of relevant management theory,domestic enterprises experience in successfully implementing CRM projects,analyze the key factors of successful implementation of enterprise CRM projects.Finally,summarize the project experience of customer relationship management systems implementation on project scope,project objectives,organizational process assets,project milestones,as well as LP Company business management of change and innovation in implementation of customer relationship management systems,and to provide reference for the company's decision making.
