This thesis has studied an outstanding effective customer need management model and realizes the way by researching customer need management of the planning projects on mobile communication value-added service products under the full service operation's background. The system is built by subdividing the market and customers user, complete gathering and describes each customer community's product demand accurately, get the results by analysis and the excavation, thus provides the product and the service optimization suggestion work system for the market research development and the marketing department.The model has a high degree of standardization, with a high degree of integration and other notable features. Can be used to assess current customers to meet the needs of the overall situation of the entire business operation environment, the system provides a set of management tools of the customer requirements from collecting, processing, analysis, evaluating to application, a customer needs to achieve an effective research and the practical operation of the business combination and to promote a customer-driven demand for the provinces and cities, helps to make integration of the operations.
