Taxation as the country's main form of fiscal revenue,the development of the national economy and social civilization have a pivotal role.With the advancement of economic globalization,the international economic exchanges are becoming more and more frequent,the difficulty of tax administration is increasing day by day,and the risk is gradually improving.Our tax industry is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.After the policy about changing sales tax into VAT was carried out in 2012,the tax source and tax base structure is more complex.The number of taxpayers under the jurisdiction of the tax system is increasing,and the tax workers face greater pressure on the workforce.Which undoubtedly to the tax collection system management and tax services work has brought serious challenges.The development of the taxation business is inseparable from the vast number of tax workers.In the daily work,Only to firmly establish the "people-oriented" concept,resolutely trust and rely on grassroots tax workers to improve the enthusiasm of grassroots tax workers in order to promote the vigorous development of the cause of taxation.With the change of the times,the current tax cadres' thoughts are more independent and changeable,and the individual differences are obviously enhanced.This paper attempts to investigate the job satisfaction of taxpayer service staff at the grassroots level,in order to find out its new understanding and demand for the national tax work,and provide the theoretical basis for the formulation of more perfect and reasonable incentive policies in the national tax system.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background and significance of this paper,the research status of related fields at home and abroad,the content and methods of this paper.The second part explains the theoretical basis of job satisfaction and related concepts of tax service and job satisfaction.The third part of the way through the field interviews on the X County Tax Services Branch of the work of the job satisfaction in-depth understanding and analysis to explore the existing problems.The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of job satisfaction of tax service personnel,designs the questionnaire and carries on the questionnaire survey and the data statistics,obtains the data support about the job satisfaction situation.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions and opinions on the results of the investigation,such as the service itself,the interpersonal relationship,the incentive measures and the self-realization.
