Research On Investment Supervision Of Pension Insurance Fund For Urban Workers

From the perspective of the reality of our country,the endowment insurance fund is to ensure the material of endowment insurance system,therefore,the safe operation of pension fund in relations with the implementation and development of endowment insurance system,so the regulation of endowment insurance fund investment is worth our study.The investment supervision of the pension fund for urban workers is not only related to the vital interests of the workers,but also to the social harmony and stability.However,the basic endowment insurance fund in China has deficiencies in the financing link,operation management link,investment link,expenditure link,supervision and so on,especially in the investment and supervision.On the one hand,there are risks and problems in the investment of pension insurance fund for urban employees,on the other hand,the regulatory link also exist problemsThis paper studies the existing theories of the investment supervision of the urban employee pension insurance fund,analyzes the investment status of the urban employee pension insurance fund in China,points out the problems existing in the pension supervision fund investment supervision,and puts forward relevant countermeasures around the issues.Mainly separate from the six aspects of narrative,first,from the introduction part of the discussion;second,from the relevant concepts and theoretical basis to elaborate;third,this is to introduce our country's pension insurance The management model of fund investment supervision;the fourth,introduced the current problems in the supervision of investment in pension insurance funds;and fifth,the relevant countermeasures were mainly proposed for the problems.This paper seeks to innovate from the perspective of research content and research perspectives,points out the risks of investing in pension funds for urban employees,and proposes effective supervision measures.
