| With the expected releasing of large-scale dividend by positive policy,Chinese Express delivery industry was fast promoted in last 10 years by development of mobile Internet,urbanization,consumption structure upgrading,which entered into a new milestone.Starting from 2011,Chinese Express delivery market came to a best development periods,above Trillion RMB market has attracted many parties into the game.At the same time,consumers required diverse Express delivery service,high-quality and efficient delivery but lower price,then adding the increased labor costs,and higher investment,which all leading to intense competition at Express delivery market.The original brutal growth mode,old technology and network were not able to create new profit.The major Express delivery companies had to explore new ways to save costs.Based on the basic theory of inventory management,this thesis focus on SF Express delivery materials and explore the problems of SF company inventory management,try to find out inventory improvement optimization solutions,and puts these optimization plans into practice step by step at the actual work.Meanwhile,establishing supply chain department,opening up the end to end supply chain,to achieve the entire supply chain management,target to achieve the optimal cost of the entire chain.This thesis will optimize the existing material flow,inventory control strategy and internal management from the demand management,supply mode,supplier management and internal operation points.To achieve end-to-end business integration and upgrading based on demand-driven,customer-centered and benefit-oriented.And finally achieve the goal of SF company: ‘reduce operating costs,fast-time to deliver and enhance the quality of service,build a reasonable inventory'.Through this thesis,hoping to find a suitable environment and soil based on supply chain inventory management model for SF,also bring some reference and help for other Express delivery companies. |
