Employees will inevitably make mistakes.The latent threat that is going on in the event of an error is hindering the progress of the organization,so the error must be a problem that the organization needs to face.The error reporting is important to the significance of organizational change and development,but in reality staffs who know the error information are often reluctant to reporting errors.Abusive way of managers' supervisions is one of the most important factors.Based on this background,this paper,based on the theory of resource preservation,explores the impact of abusive supervision on staff error reporting from the individual psychological level,that is,"abuse management –psychological safety–employee's self-error reporting " is the research idea,putting forward assumptions and theoretical models.In the medical,financial,communications and electronics industries and other areas of the issuance and recovery of electronic questionnaires,empirical study found that: Firstly,the abusive supervision has a significant negative predictive effect on employee self-error reporting.Secondly,the staff of psychological security sense of complete intermediary abuse management and error report negative correlation.Thirdly,Performance promotion motives and injury initiation motives adjust the relationship between abusive supervision and error reporting.We provide countermeasures such as perfecting the management system,establishing the prevention mechanism,strengthening the leadership and cultivating the positive psychological security of the staff to encourage the staff report errors.In addition,this paper also analyzes the shortcomings of this study,and pointed out the future direction of possible research.
