Study On The Urban Development Layout Of Manzhouli Port From The Perspective Of City-industry Integration

City-industry integration is to realize the benign interaction,industry and urban function from city is in the current our country city function as a single structure,separation,city life restricted space,the function of land development under the background of the construction land utilization rate is not high,it is the coordinated development of urban industry and function,the ne w idea of urban transformation of economic development.,with the rapid development of urban industrial land use speed faster,the spread of the future industrial land will be a high speed,therefore,we need to produce reasonable combing city relation,t he effect factors of city-industry integration leading scientific and reasonable planning,builds up a reasonable spatial structure relations,effective transport organization,optimize the layout of land use,through the interactive factors of industrial agglomeration area and urban space interaction,realize the coordinated development of network space.First of all,from the perspective of the research background,review of relevant research at home and abroad,combined with many subjects such as geograp hy,architecture,economics related theory,using the method of literature investigation,case analysis method,field research method,theoretical deduction method,the academic circles at home and abroad in the city of fusion and the research of theory system,analyzes the connotation and types on city fusion,fusion is proposed to produce city dominant industrial development and urban construction dominated,city integrated development of the analysis of the three models,which provides the theoretical foundation for the study of the paper.Using empirical analysis method,in-depth investigation and analysis about the present situation of manzhouli development,mainly analyzes the regional situation,port development,industry development present situation,the problems existing in the land layout,integration perspective to manzhouli city urban land layout planning to provide the reference.Practical case studies,the combination of manzhouli city development made in manzhouli city fusion development overall strategy,from the pattern choice,development path,development factors,put forward the manchurian city-industry integration development pattern,etc.;Finally,from the three aspects of port economy,industrial development and space layout and urban land space layout,this paper puts forward the layout of the integrated development of manchuria city.
