Research On Risk Management System Of YS TV Company On The Background Of ISO9001

With the development of economic globalization and the continuous emergence of new products and new technologies,enterprises had faced more uncertainties of competitive market than before.More and more companies pay more attention to enterprise risk management.Based on the network convergence,radio and television companies development and the demand for listing,YS company combine with the internal and external audit of quality management to build the risk management system.Through introducing YS company information and ISO quality management system new version,is' s an inevitable way to market demand and company development.Analyzing the current situation of the company's risk management to get existing problems in risk management,than further analyzes the causes of risk management problems.This paper combine the risk table list and the risk identification questionnaire to recognize the possible risk points of the YS company,then use the risk analysis questionnaire and the risk matrix to measure the risk frequency and risk impact degree.According to quantitative analysis of measured value to get a particular value,to identify and assess company main process,such as marketing,engineering,human resource and finance,to stipulate measures accordingly.The thesis defines the risk management system consists of four parts,including the risk of implementation planning preparation,risk management of personnel training,improve risk management legal system and improve the risk management organization system.Analyzing risk management implementation from three aspects of system,personnel organization,to summarizes the possible risks in various stages of implementation to ensure the smooth implementation of the overall risk management scheme in the whole company.
