Research On The Development Model Of Entrusred Housing Accumulation Fund Business Of Haerbin Z Branch Of China Construction Bank

Housing provident fund is the state organs,enterprises,institutions,private non enterprise units,social groups or organizations and their employees to pay the housing savings funds on schedule.As the trustee of the fund center at all levels,all commercial banks operate various kinds of entrusted business of the fund,and take it as an important source of income for intermediary business.In recent years,with the interest rate market continues to advance the process of the banking industry,all the banks began the intense competition,after several years of the housing accumulation fund development,the bank accumulation fund business developed rapidly,and gradually become “a hotly contested spot of commercial banks”.In addition,the policy of national housing accumulation fund system has promulgated the new deal,the housing fund "Destocking" policy has been identified,operation situation is grimn and operation pressure is unprecedented,business development mode model needs breakthrough and innovation.In this paper,the Harbin Z branch of China Construction Bank as the research subject,starting from the study of its characteristics and developing trend of the housing accumulation fund system,focusing on introducing the characteristics of accumulation fund business and management,through analyzing and comparing the data,charts and SWOT analysis,based on the Z branch of the actual business development,combined with the principal-agent theory,asset liability theory respectively,analyzed from the value-added management,process innovation and management of customer asset management,trying to explore a new model under the new situation of the bank accumulation fund business to achieve a breakthrough and long-term development,and other financial institutions in terms of business development and innovation management concept provides certain decision-making suggestions nad reference support.
