Since the 1990 s,the pharmaceutical distribution market in our country has undergone many changes and developments.The pharmaceutical market both at home and abroad has also gradually become mature.The development of the market has also given medical and pharmaceutical enterprises tremendous opportunities for development.Through DTC marketing,patients can learn what kind of drugs are best suited to their condition and how they can get the best treatment.Doctors can also understand the treatment of patients(especially patients in the out-patient clinic)after treatment,in order to provide a basis for doctors to evaluate the efficacy of drugs to adjust treatment options.In this new situation,Heilongjiang pharmaceutical market began to appear the prototype of DTC pharmacy,XYTY company,a Heilongjiang top 10 comprehensive medical commercial company,has a self-owned pharmacy,the pharmacy is currently DTC model promotion and marketing.Explore how a well-formed DTC pharmacy will utilize appropriate resources from existing sources to build a more comprehensive operating model that will help pharmacies achieve healthy business growth with sound strategies based on practical issues.This article has carried on the research to XYTY company's DTC pharmacy marketing strategy.The first pair of this paper research background,content,research status at home and abroad were discussed.Second,it is the basic theory used in this paper in the creation process,including DTC theory and medical influence theory.Analyzes the development of the pharmaceutical retail market from prescription drugs and nonprescription drugs,expounds the current status of the DTC pharmacy model,and then on this basis will promote the sales of pharmaceutical companies as the main objective to explore various shortcomings in the current marketing strategy of DTC pharmacy Find out the factors leading to these problems,and finally,using contemporary marketing theory,draw up the corresponding marketing programs and safeguard measures,so that enterprises can successfully seize the opportunity to make the appropriate adjustments according to the market environment,and ultimately effectively enhance their marketing strategy.The DTC model provides a new way for traditional medicine retail,through research and exploration for XYTY pharmacy worked out a more complete DTC mode of operation,in addition to explore a better way to treat patients with better service in the patient,and for pharmaceutical companies to build a new platform.Change the traditional sense of the healing process,and ultimately to the pharmacy to bring more economic benefits,can the purpose of achieve many things at one stroke.We hope to promote the long-term development of the enterprise through this paper,and give inspiration to the enterprise DTC pharmacy marketing improvement marketing measures.
