With the advent of information era, internet technology penetration rises continually.Intermediary of foreign trade in traditional circulation domain has been impacted and challenged strongly, but meanwhile it is also an opportunity.Actually due to the enterprises heterogeneity different business operation, different ownership, different market strategy will lead to different development direction and business performance to international trade intermediaries. This paper focuses on labor division theory and bargaining theory, explains the intermediary origin and the existence value.Basing on mathematical model and econometric model, with deductive reasoning method we analyse the intermediary reacts diversely to the marketing under the information technology background. The study shows: Domestic specialized trading company will be affected strongly because they just provide the simple and single service, the company turnover will decline due to the rising internet penetration and reduced trade cost.No evidence shows foreign specialized trading company sales will be affected, this is because they have information advantage with their transnational resources and global information sharing.Domestic and foreign industrial trading company will enhance the professionalization and decrease the trade cost using of the internet technology and get better growth, meanwhile the foreign industrial trading company can make more progress than domestic ones.To most of small and middle scale intermediaries, they are suggested to take specialized strategy and not to implement diversified strategy so as to avoid the turnover reduction.
