Research On The Strategy Of Accurate Disposal Of Bad Assets By Luohe Municipal Government

With the influence of the transformation and upgrading of the new and old industries and the new normal economy,the number of non-performing loans and the balance of commercial banks in all parts of the country has risen continuously,which has led to a sharp decline in the operational risk index of commercial banks and the support of the bank to the real economy,and the burden of the government's debt is also increased.At present,the balance of non-performing loans and the default rate of borrowers in Luohe are serious.How to improve various financial systems,take appropriate guidance strategies and rely on market forces to accurately handle bad assets is a topic concerned by all sectors of society.Therefore,it not only enriches the theory of government function and the theory of market failure and government intervention,but also provides a favorable theoretical basis and practical application value for the effective disposal of bad assets in Luohe.Based on the theories and the literature related to disposal of non-performing assets,this study comprehensively and thoroughly investigated the relevant theories.Taking the disposal status of non-performing assets in Luohe as the breakthrough point,by means of literature review,case analysis and quantitative analysis,the difficulties and causes of disposing of bad assets in Luohe municipal government were analyzed and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.Finally,Luohe municipal government has been put forward from several aspects,such as innovative disposal method,introduction of competitive mechanism,effective risk management system,perfect internal supervision function,strengthening social supervision and increasing information disclosure system.It provides a good theoretical basis and practical basis for improving the disposition level of non-performing assets and economic development in Luohe.
