A company is national high-tech enterprise,headquarter in Shenzhen,specialize in lead-acid battery manufacturing and distribution business.Market evironment change push A company transition on two aspects.One is that on lead-acid battery technology market,A company need to step into segment market,strengthen R&D and business operation,to build its own brand,to continue to be stronger and bigger.The other is to enter into new battery technology market,carry out diversified development.A company did take a series of actions on stragetic transition,however,the results not as good as expected.The company has suffered setbacks in its stragetic transition,which has plunged the company into difficulties.The background of stragetic transition is A company is in the window period of new and old technology paradigm transition.A company has failed to enter the new battery technology market and thus failed to increase the operating income for the company.The paper study the performance of A company stragetic transition from perspective of enterprise dynamic capability theory.It is found that the lack of dynamic capability is the fundamental reason for the failure of A company's transformation.In the window period of new and old technology paradigm transition,A company should reconstruct dynamic capability through path,position and process,so that the company can make a smooth transition.The structure of paper is as follow: the first part is the introduction,mainly about the background and significance of research;review the existing literature,and critical absorption;second part,introduces the process of A company strategic transition;the third part analyzes the reasons of the failure of A company from two aspects : internal and external.the fourth part,the inspiration of company A ' s strategic transition;part V,conclusions of case study.
