Study On The Construction Of Credit Risk Management System Of Bridge Loan In Pawn Industry

The scale of pawn industry in China has been continuously expanding since 1978 especially in recent years.As a traditional financing channel,Pawning has become an indispensable part of China's diversified financing system.On the one hand,it enriches China's financing system and brings convenience to the financing of micro,small and medium-sized enterprises.On the other hand,it also enriches China's financial ecology and promotes her social and economic development.Starting from practical experiences and combining specific case study,this thesis hopes to explore a risk management model that is suitable for the innovation business of the current pawn industry through studying traditional risk management in pawn industry,which will contribute to the development of pawn industry in China.Taking A Pawn Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter abbreviated as HY Pawn Company)as an example and with relevant literature as well as materials,this thesis untangles the development history and the current status of the industry in which HY Pawn Company operates.Meanwhile,it uses theoretical analysis and comparative analysis methods to probe into risks in detail faced by HY Pawn Company in its business process.Then from the perspective of case analysis,this thesis analyzes problems existing in the risk management process of HY Pawn Company's bridge loan.On the basis of this,this thesis also puts forward a risk management system including risk identification,risk warning and risk response.This research has practical significance to the business development of HY Pawn Company and its healthy as well as sustainable development,which also serves as the helpful reference for other pawn companies.Meanwhile,it will enrich the application of China's modern risk management theories in pawn industry.
