| Under the background of innovation driven development,employee creativity has become an important factor in employee innovation,organizational innovation and winning competitive advantages.Knowledge workers can use their own knowledge resources to bring knowledge capital value for the organization,which is the backbone of innovation and creation,and it is related to the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to stimulate and improve the creativity of knowledge workers has become a hot topic in the academic and industrial circles.With the development of information society,information and knowledge have become an important source of competitive advantage.Information literacy is not only the essential quality of information age,but also the indispensable quality of creative talents.Well information literacy can provide information and technical support for innovation,and promote the emergence of new ideas,new experiences and new results.Effective knowledge sharing is beneficial to the use of knowledge,the enhancement of knowledge capital,the promotion of individual creativity and organizational competitiveness.Studies have shown that information literacy and knowledge sharing can positively affect employee creativity,but there is not much research on information literacy,knowledge sharing and creativity under the same framework.Therefore,this paper empirically explores the relationship and mechanism of information literacy,knowledge sharing and creativity among knowledge workers.This paper firstly reviews the literature on information literacy,knowledge sharing,employee creativity and their relationship at home and abroad,and puts forward the hypothesis and construct the theoretical model with the related research.Secondly,using the domestic and foreign mature scale for reference,based on the small sample survey,we delete items of Information Literacy Scale,Knowledge Sharing Scale and Creativity Scale,and confirm the final questionnaire,then conduct a large sample survey and data collection.Thirdly,we use SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0 to do descriptive statistics analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation modeling for 247 knowledge worker sample data,and test hypotheses.Finally,the conclusion is explained with the empirical results,and the management enlightenment and suggestions are put forward,and the limitations and prospects of the research are also stated.The empirical results show that :(1)the knowledge workers' information literacy has a significant positive impact on their creativity,in which the three dimensions of information knowledge,information awareness and information ability have a significant positive impact on creativity to varying degrees,but the impact of information morality on creativity is not significant;(2)the information literacy of knowledge workers significantly positively affects their knowledge sharing,however information knowledge and information awareness only have a significant positive impact on knowledge collection,meanwhile information ability and information morality both also have a significant positive impact on knowledge contribution and knowledge collection;(3)knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on the creativity of knowledge workers,and knowledge contribution and knowledge collection have a significant positive impact on the creativity of knowledge workers at the same time;(4)knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary mediating role in the influence of knowledge workers' information literacy on their creativity,while knowledge collection is a partial mediation in the influence of information knowledge and information ability on the creativity of knowledge workers,and knowledge contribution plays a partial intermediary mediating role in the influence of information ability on the creativity of knowledge workers.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)enterprises should improve supporting mechanisms and enhance information literacy of knowledge workers;(2)knowledge workers should pay attention to information literacy and enhance their information literacy in many ways;(3)improving the internal incentive mechanism to stimulate knowledge sharing of knowledge workers. |
