Labor dispatch as a way of flexible employment,because it helps to resolve enterprise redundant Labour force,increase employment elasticity and reduce the risk of employment,make up for the shortage of the traditional way of employment,which is adopted by more and more large and medium-sized enterprises,become the important part of diversified recruitment system.Because of the labor dispatching business involves the labor dispatch enterprises,employers and labor dispatch workers tripartite main body,dispatching and no substantive contract between workers and employers,dispatch units and employment units to send workers'rights has many problems,causing a lot of labor dispatching work not satisfied about the present situation of employment,and frequent job-hopping,causing the project unit personnel is not stable and the increase of labor costs,the end result is the tripartite interests suffer loss.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of labor dispatch workers.This article takes the labor dispatch company as an example,through the investigation of the actual written data,collects the relevant information of the labor dispatch workers of the company;At the same time,the consultancy,human resource management department relevant personnel,the detailed design for dispatching employment questionnaires,combined with SPSS statistical software to analyze the data and process,by analyzing the satisfaction of enterprises,corporate social responsibility,compensation and benefits,environment and conditions,the evaluation and motivation,work with training,leadership and management,and other seven dimensions to send qualitative and quantitative analysis of work satisfaction,henan noted company have the following conclusion:satisfaction of labor dispatching work is low;(1)in compensation and benefits,corporate social responsibility of these two dimensions,the men's and women's labor dispatching work satisfaction of company,henan is low,relative to the formal worker,less than a third of its labor dispatching work satisfaction(2)age of labor dispatching work in terms of salary and corporate social responsibility relative to the younger labor dispatching work satisfaction is low;(3)married dispatching workers job satisfaction was significantly lower than unmarried labor dispatching work,(4)the higher degree of jobsatisfaction of labor dispatching work was obviously higher than that of low degree of labor dispatching work;However,the satisfaction of labor dispatching workers with low educational background is generally low in seven dimensions.(5)the dimension with the lowest impact on satisfaction is corporate social responsibility,compensation treatment and evaluation incentive;(6)the seven dimensions of service dispatch worker satisfaction have positive positive effect on their work performance.Based on the research findings about company,henan by people-oriented,such as the establishment of the ideas and countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of company labor dispatching work,henan,tong company provide service for labor dispatching work,improve the dispatched workers training system and employment system,to provide some training to learn to improve labor dispatching workers their own quality,thus to improve henan noted company and other companies of the country's labor dispatching work provide certain guidance and reference.
