Practical Research On Precision Povert Alleviation In Pingliang Town Southern Shaanxi Province

In 2018,the National People's Congress and the National People's Convened and the meeting focused targed poverty alleviation.Due to illness,disability,disaster or return to poverty is the prominent phenomenon,and the poor population of rural areas has gradually gathered in the central and western regions of China.It has the organizational structure and spatial distribution pattern of poverty villages,which includes poor counties,villages and areas.Multi dimensional poverty and dynamic poverty have become the characteristics of the times.Continued to implement targeted poverty reduction and alleviation has become a breakthrough in poverty alleviation and development under the new normal.By 2020,we must achieve the goal of fighting poverty and building a Moderately Prosperous Society,perfection and innovation on help-the-poor work organization,which is a scientific strategy on targeted poverty reduction.It is hard for the peasants to suffer and not pain,but the poor in the countryside is backward not in desperate position.The agriculture was dangerous is trouble,not the song fades Decline.At present,governments at all levels,as well as various social organizations and groups,are investing in the flood of precision poverty alleviation.The 19th CPC National Congress major reports put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,for the agriculture and rural reform in new era,we laid the focus and pointed out the way.In view of this,this article studies the current situation about problems and causes of precise poverty alleviation in mountainous regions of the Southern in Shaanxi province.Besides,giving a case study of Ping Liang Town,Hanyin County,Ankang City was carried out in a typical poor mountainous areas,with a focus on precise support There are some difficulties in the process of poverty alleviation and then offers some measures and methods of elimination.The conclusion shows that we should formulate a scientific poverty alleviation system and transform blood donation to reward for the purpose of "hematopoiesis,poverty alleviation" We should integrate resources for poverty alleviation,establish a big poverty alleviation pattern,improve and perfect the ways and means of poverty alleviation,and stimulate the internal force of driving in poor families.We should strive to improve poverty alleviation from different dimensions and perspectives.Promoting the mountainous area of Southern Shaanxi and even the practice of poverty alleviation in the other poor areas.In order to increase people's income and improve the quality of life for people,and realize "China dream" at an early date.
