Quantitative Research Of Land Use And Socio-economic Development In County

Land resources are the basis for people's survival.Changes in land use reflect the evolution of integrated systems such as society,ecology,and economy.Land use change will affect the development and changes of the social economy to a certain extent.At the same time,social economy will also adversely affect land use.With the continuous expansion of human survival activities,the impact on land use and socio-economic development has become stronger.Therefore,scientific research is conducted on the quantitative relationship between land use change and socio-economic development.It is important for the structural adjustment of land use.And reference significance.This article takes Wushi County in Xinjiang as the research object.It is a typical arid oasis county and also a national poverty county.Under the support of relevant land use theories and economic theories,with the help of the powerful application analysis function of GIS software platform,the land use change and socio-economic development of Wushi County were analyzed in depth from 2007 to 2016,and both of them were quantitatively studied.The coordination relationship between them and the actual conditions of resources,environment,and policies in Wushi County put forward scientific countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide scientific basis for the future development of Wushi County and optimization of land resources structure.Based on the theory of systems theory,coordinated development theory and economic geography,this paper constructs a model system for the coordinated development of land use and socio-economic development in national poverty-stricken counties and empirically applies it to Wushi County,a national poverty county.Based on a total of ten years of statistical data and land use data from2007 to 2015,a comprehensive assessment of the coordinated development of land use and socio-economic development in Wushi County was conducted to explore its changing trend over a certain period of time.The main conclusions were:(1)The land use structure in Wushi County during the period from 2007 to 2016 has been increasing.The change in the quantity of land use characteristics shows that except for certain reductions in water areas,natural reserves and grasslands,the area of ??other areas has increased.The largest increases in area are in rural residential areas and urban land,and sufficient supply of construction land.It provided a strong guarantee for the economic development of Wushi County;the characteristics of land use were at a moderately low level and remained at the level of 220.32-229.34.The characteristics of land use structure showed an upward trend and then stabilized,and the structural information entropy was finally maintained.1.491,reflecting its increasing degree of order.(2)During the period of 2007-2016,Wushi County witnessed a rapid development of social economy.The characteristics of socio-economic development are as follows: The total population increased from 203,900 in 2007 to 235,600 in2016,and GDP increased from 1.019 billion yuan in 2007 to 2.93 billion yuan in 2016,nearly quadrupling the average annual growth rate.The rate was 18.7%,and the investment in fixed assets rose from 290 million yuan in 2007 to 2.856 billion yuan.(3)The relative degree of coordination and absolute coordination between the land use system and the socio-economic development system in Wushi County has been increasing during this decade.From 2007,0.0265 and 0.0346 respectively,to0.8616 and 0.8623 in 2016,the transition from extreme socio-economic lags of declining recession to high-quality coordinated development land use lags.It can be seen from this that land use and socio-economic development in Wushi County is progressing toward the advanced coordination stage.In the future work priorities,land resource management should be strengthened,land distribution should be rationalized,and land use and socio-economic development should be better coordinated.relationship.The above research results have certain reference for Wushi County's goal of alleviating poverty in 2020,and it can also serve as an important scientific theoreticalbasis for the study of land use and socio-economic development in the poverty-stricken counties and cities in other arid oasis areas.
