With the rapid development of social economy,human resource management plays an increasingly prominent role in business management.As the first factor of productivity,talent has become the core of modern enterprise management.Talent competition has become the key factor in the competition among enterprises.Scientific and reasonable human resources management system can promote the progress of talented people and help enterprises to win the initiative in the market competition.As an important part of the human resources system,the remuneration system plays an irreplaceable role in attracting and retaining talents.In recent years,subject to the national policy and the macroeconomic situation,housing prices have risen sharply,and the competition among real estate enterprises has become fiercer.Many real estate business managers recognize the importance of a mature human resources management system and pay system and begin to explore the establishment of real estate industry in line with the characteristics of the actual enterprise-based human resources management system and pay system to attract and retain talent,the largest Mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to stimulate their creativity,in order to compete in the market invincible.This paper reviews a large number of salary management literature,summarizes the current mainstream pay theory,pay system design methods and processes,and pointed out the future development trend of pay management.Under the guidance of the salary management theory,the author introduces the general situation of the HY real estate enterprises and salary status quo,investigates the employee satisfaction to the HY real estate enterprise salary system,combined with the characteristics of real estate enterprises,comprehensive analysis of the HY real estate business in the pay management problem.Considering the design principles and processes of salary system,combined with my professional knowledge and work experience,the author designed a new salary system for HY real estate enterprises,and proposed the remuneration system reconstruction and implementation of supporting measuresto improve the remuneration for the HY real estate business Management,improve competitiveness and provide reference.
