cultivated land,low level of farmers' education,lack of scientific and technological penetration,lack of labor skills,traffic avoidance,inconvenience of transport of agricultural and animal husbandry products caused by poverty.This paper chooses K County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research object,K County in the central and western Xinjiang,with a total area of 15,200 square kilometers,the total population of 470,600 people,of which Uighur 41.67 million,accounting for 87.68%,Han 49,900,Accounting for 11.66%.Among them are Uighur,Han,Hui,Kirgiz,Kazakhstan,Mongolia and other 14 ethnic groups.Is the western national concentration area.However,k County in the southern region of regional economy is relatively good,oil,natural gas is rich in resources,infrastructure is situation of poverty in K County,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the measures and means of poverty alleviation and development in K County.Secondly,this paper makes a study on the main influencing factors of poverty caused by farmers in K County.Based on this,we selected the sample of Q Township,B Township and D Town,and used Logisitic for binary regression analysis.The results of the analysis were analyzed in a reasonable manner.Thirdly,based on the conclusion of the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions according to the rural poverty alleviation and development policy in K County,according to the specific actual situation of K households and the inclusive growth theory.Improve the policy system of poverty alleviation and development in k county.Fourthly,the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of rural poverty alleviation in k county,and thinks that the rural areas in k county should adopt a
