The safety and health of employees is an important prerequisite for ensuring stable and rapid development of enterprises.However,frequent workplace injury has placed employees in an "unsafe" and "unhealthy" situation,and the safety and health of employees has become an increasing concern for the society and enterprises.The protection of employees' safety and health not only needs the supervision and management of enterprises and society,but the importance of employees' self-protection seeking behavior is essential.However,previous research focused on the field of environmental protection and medical field,and few scholars have done research on workplace employee seeking behavior.Based on this,from the perspective of employee's response to workplace injury,this study proposes and verifies the two-dimensional structure of employee OSH seeking behavior,meanwhile,The employee's information concern behavior is introduced to the process of employee injury response and employee OSH self-protection seeking,the role of employee information concern behavior is explored to improve management methods and enrich the related research on employee protection seeking behavior.The traditional research on employee workplace injury mainly focuses on the physical health injury of employees,such as poor working environment,lack of safety facilities and other objective conditions.This study integrates psychological damage into the category of damage and considers it as an important part of employee workplace damage.What are the manifestations of injury in workplace? What kind of self-protection seeking behavior do employees suffer from workplace injury? In addition,information will affect individual behavior.Different information stimuli will make individual behavior difference.This study introduces employee information attention to the field of occupational safety and health,and explores the impact of employee information attention on employee protection behavior.First of all,qualitative analysis is conducted on the perceived workplace injury and OSH self-seeking behavior(Select 67 typical representative employees).The collected in-depth interview data were collated,summed up and coded to form the workplace damage scale and the employee OSH self-protection seeking behavior scale,and the pre survey was carried out.Secondly,using SPSS21.0 software to analyze the pre survey data,and the reliability and accuracy of the scale were tested by project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis,and the formal scale of employee OSH self-protection seeking behavior(14 items)was formed.Further,based on 526 valid questionnaires of formal investigation,the integrity of item items and reliability and validity were tested by meta-analysis,project analysis,on the scale,and confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the staff damage response scale,information concern scale,and employee OSH self-protection seeking behavior scale;The effect of AMOS software on information concern is analyzed and regression analysis is used to explore the impact of damage response on employee OSH self-protection seeking behavior and the role of information concern between them.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Employee OSH self-protection seeking behavior consists of two dimensions: organizational protection seeking behavior and social protection seeking behavior,among them,social protection seeking behavior has the greatest explanatory variance for employees' OSH self-protection seeking behavior,and the interpretation variance of organizational protection seeking behavior to employees' OSH self-protection seeking behavior is minimal.Employee information attention is mainly composed of three dimensions: social information,work information and life information.Among them,social information has the greatest explanatory variance to employee information,followed by work information,and the variance of life information to employee information is minimal.The damage reaction is composed of three dimensions: surface reaction,deep reaction and extreme reaction.The explanatory variance of the damage reaction from large to small is extreme reaction,deep reaction and surface reaction.(2)There is a positive correlation between the surface response and extreme response to employee's OSH self-protection seeking behavior,and there is no correlation between the deep reaction and the employee's OSH self-protection seeking behavior.In addition,the most significant prediction role for OSH organization protection is surface response,followed by deep reaction,extreme reaction has no predictive effect on employees seeking OSH organizational protection,and there is a significant positive predictive effect for employees seeking OSH social protection for extreme reverse and surface response,and deep reaction has a significant negative predictive effect on staff seeking OSH social protection(3)Employee information attention is positively correlated with employee OSH self-protective seeking behavior and its dimensions.Among them,the most predictive degree of employee OSH organization protection seeking behavior is work information,and the second is life information;social information has no predictive effect on employee OSH organization protection.In addition,life information has the greatest predictive effect on employees' OSH social protection seeking behavior,followed by social information,and job information has no significant predictive effect on employees' social protection seeking behavior.(4)Information attention plays a moderating role in injury response and employee OSH self-protection seeking behavior.Information attention plays a negative role in the surface reaction and Organization OSH self-protection seeking behavior,Information attention plays a negative role in extreme reactions and organizational OSH's self-protective seeking behavior;Information attention plays a significant positive role in surface response and social OSH self-protection seeking behavior;information attention plays a significant positive adjustment in surface response and social OSH self-protection seeking behavior;information attention and its dimensions have no regulatory effect on extreme response and social protection seeking behavior.In particular,the work information concerned by employees is positively adjusted between the surface response and the employee OSH organization protection seeking behavior,and the deep response and the employee OSH organization protection seeking behavior are negatively regulatedFinally,based on the conclusion,we put forward the dynamic monitoring and management strategy of employee injury response and employee self protection seeking behavior promotion and cooperation model.
