In today’s society,for each unit in it,work and family are undoubtedly the two most important areas.Over the past few decades,the active participation of women in economic activities,dramatic changes in family structures,and the more recent market-oriented enterprise reforms,Chinese male and female workers are currently confronting new work and family demands from these respective domains.Juggling between work and family roles has become a part of everyday routine for individuals in many professions.Work family conflict is a conflict between roles,in particular,from the work and family in some areas of the role of the pressure can not be compatible,and then conflict will occur.The boundary of work and family is increasingly blurred by the frequent transfer of workers between work and family areas.In the process of daily association,the leader have an impact on the individual’s work and family aspects.so for the leader,how to deal with and maintain good relations with subordinates is also a key element of the effective management of subordinates.Therefore,this paper studies the relationship between the demand of both work and family and work family conflict.This study is based upon domestic and foreign research and Chinese cultural background,and it try to explore the effect of superior-subordinate Guanxi on this mechanism.In this study,We used Experience Sample Methods and investigated 43 samples in the serial 5 working days,and we got 207 within-person questionnaires.The results of multi-level analysis showed:(1)The daily job demand is significantly positively correlated with the daily work-family conflict.(2)The daily family demand is significantly positively correlated with the daily family-work conflict.(3)Affective attachment has no remarkable adjusting effect on the relationship of daily job demand and daily work-family conflict,and the relationship of daily family demand and daily family-work conflict appear not to be affected significantly by affective attachment.(4)Deference to supervisor has no remarkable adjusting effect on the relationship of daily job demand and daily work-family conflict,while the relationship of daily family demand and daily family-work conflict appear not to be affected significantly by obeying supervisor.(5)Personal-life inclusion has a significant effect on the relationship between daily job demand and daily work-family conflict,and personal life involvement can enhance the positive relationship between daily job demand and daily work-family conflict;personal-life inclusion has remarkable adjusting effect on the relationship of daily family demand and daily family-work conflict,personal life involvement will enhance the daily family demand and daily family-work conflict positive relationship. |
