The development and technological innovation of the Internet have promoted the rapid development and rapid expansion of the e-commerce industry,now it has become an indispensable part of China's economy.But now that the e-commerce industry has reached the golden age,it is beginning to enter a plateau,and it is urgent to explore new models.Therefore,the O2 O model comes into being in this context.Under the background of O2 O business model,electronic commerce industry of strategic cost management face more challenges,only the traditional strategic cost management theory is applied to the electricity industry is one-sided,more standing on the enterprise strategy management,focus on enterprise internal and external development situation,to improve its competitive advantage.According to the characteristics and current situation of the e-commerce industry,the strategic cost management theory can be used to optimize the enterprise cost management,change and solve the current situation and practical problems of enterprise cost management.Therefore,from the perspective of enterprise strategy,this paper analyzes the e-commerce industry comprehensively,optimizes the existing cost management of the enterprise,and becomes more competitive in cost control.This paper uses comprehensive analysis,the strategic cost management theory applied in case study,become a shareholder with alibaba group,suning as the background,to explore the management mode after the shift of alibaba,the application of strategic cost management.In the case section,this paper introduces the basic process of alibaba group's investment in suning and the comparison and analysis of the strategy cost management of alibaba group before and after the purchase.Before and after the analysis of alibaba group in strategic positioning,value chain and cost drivers,for other e-commerce enterprises using strategic cost management,providing a realistic foundation and effective in promoting strategic cost management ability promotion at the same time,bring new profit growth for the enterprise.
