As the promotion of internet and the popularization of OTT mode and Tencent products,the revenue from voice calls and SMS of communication operators declined gradually.Due to the excessive expenditure,even as traffic explodes,revenues from data traffic aren't keeping up.Although data services gradually become the focus of the telecommunication enterprise income source of income,the size of the market is relatively small at present.So how to deal with the new market environment and build the core competitiveness has become the most important issue in the development of the telecommunication operators.This paper take the example of Jieyang Mobile,exploring the macro environment and industry competition situation of the communication industry under the background of internet development,analyzing the operating conditions and resource capability of Jieyang Mobile,finally put forward the strategies and supporting measures of Jieyang Mobile.First of all,this paper describes the background and significance of the study of mobile Internet,summarize from the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the development of Communications.Secondly,analyzed the macro environment using PEST model from four aspects of policy environment,economic environment,social culture environment and technology environment.Besides,analyzed the competition situation of the communications industry from five aspects of suppliers bargaining power,buyers bargaining power,the threat of new entrants,the threat of substitutes and degree of competition,elaborated the environmental development trend of the communications industry,such as opportunities and threats;Then,stated the current situation of Jieyang Mobile,includes financial performance,market performance and business structure,etc.Put forward the advantages and disadvantages of Jieyang Mobile according to the network technical capabilities,channel capacity,service capacity,human resources and market development ability.Next,According to the results of SWOT analysis,from the four dimensions to propose Jieyang mobile strategy development options,then analysis,comparison and summary,According to the resources investment,market expansion,flow management and other aspects to analysis Jieyang mobile development strategy.Finally,from the network technology,market management,channel construction,human resources,service upgrade to put forward the strategic measures of Jieyang Mobile development.These measures can effectively alleviate the impact of the internet to communication enterprise,causing the company make a breakthrough in the aspects of market operation and profit growth.
