This paper adopts the method of literature analysis,empirical investigation,qualitative and quantitative analysis method of representative A e-commerce company research,through the form of questionnaire to analyze the current situation of incentive mechanism and utility of A company current employees,the use of business management related to human resources,investigation and research A company's current incentive mechanism facing the external market environment and internal management environment,training and development,enterprise culture and other aspects of the current problem,the incentive mechanism to establish a more scientific and reasonable to pave the way.Optimization strategies based on health factors are: in the salary level,according to the characteristics of e-commerce companies,increase the proportion of performance pay salaries in,while increasing the skills and qualifications of the ratio of wages,given the equity or option incentive for core technology R & D personnel and senior management personnel,the overall design is more scientific and reasonable bonus system;in the assessment level,according to the specific situation of the Internet industry,re design the evaluation index,for the 90 pursuit for fairness,scientific promotion mechanism,design a suit of job rotation and development of channel system demand occupation planning staff,at the same time pay attention to feedback adjustment of employees.Optimization strategies based on incentive factors is: in the training level,dig the e-commerce company for the training needs of employees,create a learning atmosphere in the enterprise,he whole process of enterprise culture the kernel into the company management and business development;incentive mechanism and Internet plus combined,give full play to the ability to use e-commerce to the Internet environment,and create a better employee incentive.This is the biggest highlight of the new generation of "90" employee characteristics and e-commerce company characteristics combine to meet the "employee incentive mechanism Internet plus" era of making some theoretical exploration.
