Research On The Development Strategy Of Banking Insurance Companies

To a great extent,the phenomenon of financial globalization and liberalization has changed the competitive environment of the financial industry.Commercial banks that provide commercial finance services need to seek new profit growth points.The traditional insurance companies that provide business assurance services are no longer satisfied with the existing customer groups and business scope.Under such a background,a new financial phenomenon--bancassurance has emerged.China's banking insurance starts later than that of the western developed countries,but with the rapid development of China's economy,banking insurance has sprung up in recent years.And the new mode of cooperation of the insurance company of the banking department has been brought out.This paper has sorted out the current situation and practice of domestic and foreign researches related to the topic selection,constructed a research framework for the topic selection,and selected a typical G bank insurance company for case analysis.This paper discusses the development course and cooperation mode of the domestic bank insurance industry,and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the 12 companies in China.For deep excavation bank insurance company development status of the case analysis of dissecting sparrow type,is carried out on the internal and external development environment for the development of G company dialysis,thus thinking and put forward the development strategy of G company.With the change of the industry competition pattern and the adjustment of business development,it will bring new opportunities and challenges to the bank insurance companies.In order to solve the problems encountered by the insurance company in the business development,this paper proposes to carry out channel innovation.The research of this paper not only can comprehensively and profoundly understand the situation of G company,but also has certain reference significance for other Banks,insurance companies or life insurance companies.
