The key to the success of the enterprise is to rely on the strength of the human beings.The senior management personnel,as the core human capital of the enterprise,play an important role in obtaining the advantages of the enterprises in the competition.With the deepening of economic globalization and market information,enterprise competition is increasingly fierce.Enterprises pay more attention to the introduction and utilization of senior management personnel,strengthen management of senior management personnel and develop talent potential.We need to establish the ability model of senior management personnel to clearly define the capacity factors needed,and then study the evaluation technology of senior management personnel to lay the foundation for the selection,training,promotion,performance and salary management of senior management personnel,which can promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the research and application of ability model and talent evaluation at home and abroad,aiming at the unique research object of high level management talents of enterprises,this paper adopts the work analysis method,questionnaire survey method and factor analysis method to establish the competency model of enterprise senior management personnel,and studies the corresponding evaluation technology.First of all,this paper uses a variety of analytical methods to analyze the ability factors and evaluation indexes of enterprise senior management personnel.It mainly analyzes the characteristics of their ability elements from the analysis of their own characteristics and the analysis of work characteristics,and then analyzes the evaluation index from the principles and procedures of establishing the evaluation index system.Secondly,we build a competency model of top management talents and explain the model.This paper mainly uses the deductive method to build the model,analyzes the management activities of the senior management personnel of the enterprise through the work analysis method,determines the performance standard,and then finds out the ability factors of the senior management personnel to establish the model frame.Then enriches the ability factors to compile questionnaire according to the literature,the domestic and foreign research results and the expert opinions,and carries out factor analysis to the elements of ability on the basis of the results of the questionnaire returned,which establishes the competency model.Finally,we study the evaluation methods and applications of top management talents.The evaluation index system is established by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the evaluation technology suitable for the senior management personnel is found.The implementation and guarantee of the evaluation are elaborated in detail,which provides a guiding role for the development and management of the senior management personnel of the enterprise.
