| In recent years,although China's wire and cable industry continues to develop,but it is affected by multiple factors,such as national macro-economic regulation,reform of power mechanism system and increasingly mature global market,problems such as excess production capacity of low-end products,intensified market competition and sluggish industrial development are increasingly prominent,electric wire and cable enterprises are facing tremendous pressure.At the same time,with the economic transformation and upgrading in our country and the implementation of “One Belt One Road”,“Internet plus”,“Made in China 2025”and “Industry 4.0”,electrical cable enterprises also benefit from huge development opportunities.As a small and medium sized wire and cable enterprise,JD company is under heavy pressure,so how to grasp the development opportunities and achieve healthy and sustainable development is a pressing problem at present.Based on the JD company as the research object,under the framework of strategic management theory,and proceeding from the reality in all work,the article carried on the detailed analysis of the enterprise's macro environment and the industry environment.The SWOT analysis tool is proposed to match the overall development strategy,competitive strategy and specific development strategy the development strategy of JD company,and the specific implementation measures are formulated.This study suggests that JD company should adopt a growth strategy,focus on product and service differentiation,make full use of their own products,marketing,brand and regional advantages,grasp the development opportunities,strengthen the innovation drive.It's imperative to optimize the product structure,develop channels,strengthen management,improve service and strengthen technological guidance.Proceeding from the point of view of brand building,cultural construction,human resource management,information technology and electronic information platform,it can promote the enterprise's core competitive ability. |
