Research On The Influence Of Innovation-driven On The Growth Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Heilongjiang Province

Externally The 13th Five-Year Strategic Emerging Industries Development Plan proposed that it is a good chance to develop strategic emerging industries in the next few years.The lack of high level innovation capability is the main obstacle to the growth of China's emerging industries.At the same time,19th CPC National Congress also pointed out that innovation is the primary engine of development.Heilongjiang Province,as one of the old industrial bases,always has the problem of industrial structures singleness and relatively lower innovation capability.Therefore,it is the main development direction for Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country to promote the development of a series of strategic emerging industries,and then promote the growth of the social economy.Based on existing research results,this paper divides the growth stage of strategic emerging industry into three stages,which are technology-driven period,application-driven period and market-driven period.In order to find the relationship between innovation-driven and strategic emerging industry growth,this paper takes technology-driven period as the object.First of all,it selects the main innovation-driven factors of the technology-driven period and establishes an innovation-driven evaluation index system.This system is used to calculate the scores of innovation-driven conditions in Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province,Shaanxi Province,Hubei Province,and Heilongjiang Province.According to the scores,it analyses the driving forces of innovation and the growth of strategic emerging industries in Heilongjiang Province respectively,and it also establishes a link between innovation-driven growth and the growth of strategic emerging industries.Followed by a case study of New,Generation of Information Technology industry,it analyses the specific driving forces for the growth of strategic emerging industries by comparing Heilongjiang Province and Jiangsu Province.Based on the above analysis,some suggestions are made for the innovation of the strategic emerging industries in Heilongjiang Province in the technological-driven period and future growth stages.
