| With the implement of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,the development of the High-tech manufacturing industry(HTMI)has become one of the hottest research areas at all levels of government and academia.Scientific and comprehensive research on the competitiveness of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing industry will help us understand the influencing factors of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing industry and the level of competitiveness at home and abroad,and it is a very important theory for the province's industrial development and economic reforms.In order to explore the influencing factors of the competitiveness of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing industry and the inherent laws of the impact mechanism,this paper uses the Spatial Panel Data Model(SPDM)to estimate the high technology of 21 cities in Guangdong based on the panel data of Guangdong Province.The factors affecting the competitiveness of manufacturing are selected together with the calculation results to select the most suitable model.Based on the analysis of the direct and indirect effects of explanatory variables,the spatial evolution of the growth mechanism of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing competitiveness will be explored;and the regional high-tech manufacturing competition will be further discussed.To carry out comprehensive evaluation and measurement analysis.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: At present,high-tech industries in Guangdong are developing rapidly.The high-tech manufacturing industry led by the electronic information industry is in a leading position in the country,and the industry in the country is shocked.From the point of view of model selection,when we study the factors affecting the competitiveness of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing,it is most appropriate to choose a spatial lag panel data model with individual fixed effects.From the point of view of spatial statistics,the growth mechanism of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing competitiveness has significant spatial heterogeneity and significant spatial dependence;from the decomposition of the effect of influencing factors,the local city's influencing factors are in addition to the local high-tech manufacturing industry.With significant impact,there are also significant spatial spillover effects that have an important impact on the competitiveness of high-tech manufacturing in neighboring cities.Judging from the factors influencing competitiveness,the internal R&D expenditures of enterprises,thenumber of enterprises on the regulations,and the income of the principal operations of enterprises on regulations have a significant impact on the growth rate of high-tech manufacturing competitiveness in Guangdong.Judging from the results of the comprehensive evaluation,the cities in the Pearl River Delta,such as Shenzhen,Dongguan,and Huizhou,have strong competitiveness in high-tech manufacturing;from the perspective of the impact of public factors,the innovation factor has a high competitiveness in high-tech manufacturing.The impact is the greatest,and the scale factor and the output factor are only the competitiveness characterizations of the high-tech manufacturing industry at the initial stage.Therefore,both have the same impact on the high-tech manufacturing competition as the potential factors.Therefore,technological progress and technological innovation are the core of high-tech manufacturing competitiveness.Under the perspective of China Made 2025,this paper proposes several policy recommendations for the development of Guangdong's high-tech manufacturing industry in response to Guangdong's emerging problems in the competitiveness of high-tech manufacturing,so that it can be used as a reference for decision-making at all levels of government in Guangdong. |
