mechanism,and unsound financial risk control system And other issues.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations as follows:To improve the internal governance mechanism of the enterprises in the field,introduce the corporate governance structure to the enterprises in the field and make the comprehensive reform of the company attached to the corporation;And early warning system,guarantee reasonable liabilities,control financial risks and strengthen financial risk forecasting;improve the internal control environment of enterprises in the field of corporate finance,control the bad environment with the aid of the organizational structure of the corporation;improve the internal accounting of corporate enterprises In terms of control,the
