With the development of economy,people's living standards has been constantly improved,more and more people begin to pursue the satisfaction of spiritual life while on the same time,companied with more fierce competition.The pace of employees in the workplace is becoming faster,and contradictions are beginning to highlight.A small incident may usher in a series of unpleasant disputes,and the phenomenon of workplace exclusion is becoming more intense.Out of the influence of traditional Confucianism,Chinese tend to use their own people or at least ones in the same camp,which is different from the western society.They also pay great attention to their interests and social status while pursuing interests of the enterprise.This will easily cause the exclusion and pressure of the people out of the same camp.Therefore,the exclusion of the workplace is easier to happen in China and the harm is stricter.Scholars have proved that workplace exclusion can induce employees' counter productivity,creativity and organizational citizenship behavior.It's can be understanded that in this competitive society,innovation has become more and more important,and employee creativity is a prerequisite for organizational innovation.In recent years,the research on employee creativity has become more important,but the research on the role mechanism of workplace exclusion and employee creativity is less,so it is particularly important to explore the mechanism of the two.This study explores the relationship between workplace exclusion and employee creativity from the following levels.The first is to discuss the main effect of workplace exclusion on employee creativity;Second,the work input is used as an intermediary variable,and the moderating effect of mindfulness in the workplace exclusion and work input is explored in order to uncover the "dark box" of the mechanism of workplace exclusion and employee creativity.Based on the theory of resource preservation and social exchange,387 enterprise employees are studied by interviews and questionnaires,and the effective data obtained by SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 are used to verify the proposed assumptions and model.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)workplace exclusion has a negative impact on employee creativity.(2)workplace exclusion has a negative impact on employees' work engagement.(3)job involvement has a negative impact on employee creativity.(4)job involvement plays a partial mediating role between workplace exclusion and employee creativity.(5)mindfulness plays a mediating role between workplace exclusion and job engagement.That is,when employees' mindfulness is high,the influence of workplace exclusion on employees' work engagement will be weakened.Finally,the conclusions are analyzed and discussed,and some valuable suggestions for enterprises are given.The shortcomings and future prospects are also pointed out.
