| Under the strategic background of innovation-driven development,financial innovation reform and financing difficulties of science and technology innovation enterprises provide new opportunities for investment and loan linkage.The commercial law of China limits commercial Banks to directly engage in equity investment.The development of management mechanism,operation process,risk prevention and control is limited.In 2016,it released the guidance on supporting the innovation of banking financial institutions and carrying out joint pilot projects of s&t innovation enterprises.And investment-loan linkage come a new task of the reform of financial innovation.Research on the dynamic credit of scientific and technological innovation enterprises has become the basis of successful investment and loan linkage business.In this paper,the author makes a reference to the combination mode of foreign investment and the operation mode of domestic pilot banks,and analyzes the connotation,characteristics,operation mode and withdrawal mechanism of the investment and loan linkage business.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the target object technology innovation enterprise,with credit rating as the medium to contact the investment and loan linkage business and scientific and technological innovation enterprises.Construction of the operation process of loan linkage from enterprise access standard,development process support,loan transfer time to market exit mechanism,and each stage credit rating result as the decision basis.Based on this analysis,the credit factors of science and technology innovation enterprises in different stages of development are analyzed,the long-term dynamic credit model matching with the development stage of the science and innovation enterprise is constructed by using AHP and multi-stage dynamic fuzzy synthesis.To carry out the example verification of scientific and technological innovation enterprises,and to find out how to make the investment and loan linkage. |
