The Financing Modes Research Of Technology-Based Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Based On Investment Loan Linkage

At present,the special stage of China's economic transformation and upgrading is closely related to the success of economic transformation and upgrading and the level of scientific and technological innovation.The status of technology-based SMEs in economic development is self-evident.Whether the central or local government,always keep attaches great importance to the problems of small and mid-sized enterprise financing,however,in reality,most of the financing problems of small and mid-sized enterprise is still in trouble.Issue of financing for small and medium-size enterprises can be alleviated through innovative lending approach.Therefore,Investment loan linkage emerges.In order to reduce the financing risk control,meet the demand of small and mid-sized enterprise funds,finally realize the win-win situation of bank credit and equity investment,can through the commercial Banks to cooperate with VC,PE etc.,will be small and mid-sized enterprise funds need to long-term returns,and risk based on hierarchical control to design capitalization stock right,to establish the cooperation relations,also is the Investment loan linkage.Investment loan linkage mechanism of detailed introduced in this paper is to model as follows:first,build the platform development fund,and the distribution of a certain number of loans to commercial Banks park platform development fund,eligible enterprises in the park can get the necessary financial support,through the fund income and fixed income paid by the enterprise risk,finally build the linkage of the bank credit and equity investment.Based on this,this paper builds a corresponding investment mode based on the growth process of technology enterprises,and constructs the linkage mechanism of investment and loan jointly participated by the park,the bank and the government.Then take A company as an example to verify the effectiveness of the linkage model.Finally to build commercial Banks and small and mid-sized enterprise Investment loan linkage system as the foundation,put forward the related Suggestions to perfect the mechanism of Investment loan linkage between fact,respectively from the government,enterprises and Banks to improve the system to provide the corresponding strategies.
