| With the intensification of industrial integration,cross-border enterprises are increasingly becoming the strategic measures for enterprises to seek new economic growth points.But there are literature analysis team mostly crossover behavior to the team or the effects of enterprise internal,or from a dimension crossover behavior about influence on innovation or performance,etc,for enterprise how to pass across the border from the original industry into a new business,develop new markets,and products and produce new forms of business and management mode is not related research.Therefore,this study to cross-border behavior employees as the research object,and using correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis,data analysis methods,such as to discuss cross-border behavior,strategic change,the relationship between organizational performance and resource integration ability,through the analysis found that:(1)enterprise crossborder behavior of strategic change and organizational performance respectively have different degree of significant positive impact;(2)corporate strategy change has a significant positive impact on organizational performance;(3)corporate strategic change plays a significant role in mediating the organizational performance of cross-boundary behavior;(4)the ability of enterprise resource integration plays a significant role in regulating the organizational performance of crossboundary behaviors.Expect this study through the empirical analysis,building on the strategic change and resource integration capability,under the influence of cross-border relationship model of behavior and organizational performance,further analyze the crossover behavior of the mechanism of action of organization performance,to explain how to improve enterprise organization performance through cross-border behavior,also provide a theory for this field of research. |
