As one of the important subjects to participate in the mass innovation and entrepreneurial activities of our country, college students are the core force to promote the development of China's entrepreneurship and innovation.Based on the collation of Chinese and foreign literature, this study believes that relevant research on the formation of entrepreneurial tendencies of potential entrepreneurs should be valued, and any entrepreneur is developed from potential entrepreneurs. In terms of China's national conditions, current college students are an advantage group among potential entrepreneurs. In the future, college students will also become typical representatives and backbone of potential entrepreneurial groups. This group of students with high knowledge reserves not only has the advantage of knowledge and skills in the process of entrepreneurship, the state has also issued a series of policies and measures to support the entrepreneurship of college students. The research on the influencing factors of undergraduates' entrepreneurial tendencies in the existing literature mainly focuses on the static features of individual background characteristics and traits of college students, and there are few studies on the dynamic influencing factors. This study will analyze how undergraduates' entrepreneurial learning influences entrepreneurial orientation from dynamic perspectives such as educational learning, experiential learning, and social networking.By revealing the relationship and influence mechanism between entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial efficacy, entrepreneurial inclination and achievement motivation,a corresponding theoretical model is constructed to complement the existing theoretical system of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship. This study will examine the relationship and influencing mechanism among college students' entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation and achievement motivation, and verify it through questionnaire surveys:(1)The influence of college students' various entrepreneurial learning behaviors on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation of college students,as well as the significant differences in the influence of different learning behaviors.(2)The mediating effect of college students' entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial orientation through entrepreneurial self-efficacy can be realized.(3)The stronger the achievement motivation of college students, the more significant the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial tendencies. This study makes a deep analysis of the path of college students' entrepreneurial tendency from the perspective of potential entrepreneurs, and conducts an empirical study on the ways of entrepreneurial learning of undergraduates and the influence of entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial tendencies of college students.Through empirical research, entrepreneurship learning is found to be the main factor affecting entrepreneurial inclination. In addition, achievement motivation is also an important factor affecting entrepreneurial inclination. This study further confirmed the entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial tendencies, and may even have a certain relationship with the final entrepreneurial behavior. The findings will help deepen the understanding of the relationship between entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and entrepreneurial orientation choices in Chinese contexts, and will have a guiding significance for entrepreneurial activities of college students. At the same time,it can also provide research support for the establishment of entrepreneurship courses in colleges and universities and the development of related policies for entrepreneurial activities in relevant government departments to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activities for college students.
