| Market competition is becoming increasingly intense,and more start-ups are rising rapidly,which makes the industry rules and business model change.As a result,traditional service providers are facing a series of challenges,and many enterprises' service business has been impacted.For companies that do well,an important factor of their success is to find more ways to collaborate,such as cross-functional cooperation,and ensure that the business remains market-oriented.Can the cross-functional cooperation and market orientation bring effective resources or information?How can these resources and information be transformed to improve service innovation performance?Are there some factors that affect the output of service innovation activities?This paper answers the above questions by studying the relationship between cross-functional cooperation,market orientation,knowledge integration and service innovation performance,as well as exploring the moderating role of service innovation in order to reveal the methods of improving service innovation performance and to provide reference for management practice.Based on a systematic review of research variables,this study uses knowledge integration as an mediating variable and service innovativeness as a moderating variable..Using 376 sample data to carry on the empirical analysis and the validation of the research hypothesis.The results show that cross-functional cooperation and market orientation have a significant impact on service innovation performance,cross-functional cooperation and market orientation have a significant impact on knowledge integration.Knowledge integration has a significant impact on service innovation performance.In the positive correlation between cross-functional cooperation,market orientation and service innovation performance,knowledge integration plays a part of mediating role.In the positive correlation between knowledge integration and service innovation performance,service innovativeness plays a positive moderating role.In summary,through the research of cross-functional cooperation,market-oriented and knowledge integration behavior,this paper explores how enterprises can absorb resources and information effectively through knowledge integration mechanism when facing complex and changeable environment.And how to improve corporate service innovation performance successfully.The results show that cross-functional cooperation and market orientation can improve the performance of service innovation,and enterprises can transform the potential role of cross-functional cooperation and market orientation into the improvement of service innovation performance through knowledge integration mechanism.At the same time,the transformation process will also be affected by service innovativeness.The research results reveal the black box of the process of cross-functional cooperation and market orientation impacting on service innovation performance,successfully verify the differences brought by service innovativeness in the process of enterprise innovation,and enrich the research of service innovation to a certain extent,provide guidance for corporate managers to improve service innovation performance. |
