The new installation project of petrochemical enterprises has the characteristics of long-term cycle,high leverage,large investment,high time cost and supervision cost,and is seriously affected by the macroeconomic policy environment such as the international situation,making the petrochemical enterprise project have higher finance than other industries.risk.Financial risk control,as the most important part of the investment in new projects,is based on the concept of project flow control,and explores the causes of risks in financing activities,investment activities,and business activities,and proposes preventive measures.Scientific and effective financial risk control management is the basic guarantee for maximizing project benefits and long-term development of the company.The main purpose of the new petrol isomerization unit project of G Petrochemical Company is to meet the requirements of the new environmental protection policy and develop the high-grade gasoline market.Due to the requirements of environmental protection policies and changes in the oil market,it can be expected that if the isomerization project is not built,the future growth of the company will be limited,resulting in a slowdown in profit growth and investment activities will bring new benefits to the company.This paper takes the case of financial risk control of the new isomerization device project of G Petrochemical Company as the background.Based on the risk management theory,it sorts out the domestic and foreign literature related to financial risk control,plans the research path,uses literature research methods and case studies.The law,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis,identifies the main risk factors of project financial risks,and proposes relevant control and management measures.The research results mainly include the following:First,it introduced the technical analysis,market analysis,and environmental analysis of the new isomerization device project,and put forward the necessity of the construction.According to the differences in risk factors of financing,investment and business activities,the characteristics and classification of financial risks in isomerized projects at different stages were analyzed,and the relationship between cash flow and financial risks was analyzed.Second,the use of expert survey method identified the project's macro-environmental risk,supply risk,industrial market risk,technical risk,management risk five major types of risk.In financial risk control,special attention is paid to whether the project's fundraising,investment,and business activities can generate sufficient cash flow to ensure the normal production.When observing this risk,the project analyzes the solvency,profitability,operational capacity,and development capacity of the project and compares it with the company's goals and industry benchmarks.The results show that the project has the necessity of investment,technical applicability,and investment.Conditional feasibility,economic profitability,and controllability of financial risks provide a comprehensive,systematic,and objective basis for financial decisions.Finally,the risk prevention suggestions on the cash flow level and the internal control level are given,and the lessons learned from the case studies are shared.
