In recent years,the competitive environment of drinking wine manufacturing has become increasingly complex.In order to better cope with competition,the drinking wine manufacturing need to systematically classify and manage various types of suppliers,and give full play to the advantages of all suppliers in the supply chain.Packaging suppliers,especially those with their own special packaging and that displays the features of their products,have a major impact on core companies.However,the manufacturing environment and supply market for packaging products are very complicated.Currently,the management of packaging suppliers has caused great difficulties to the core enterprises in the food supply chain.This article conducts a case study of the well-known S company in the drinking wine manufacturing industry.With the supply chain management theory and supplier management classification and management knowledge,it analyzes and studies the management of food packaging strategic suppliers.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the purpose,its significance,and the subject and methods of research.The second chapter is a literature review that summarizes the basic concepts used in this article,the results of relevant literature research and the analysis tools used.The third chapter is the management status of the supply-chain core enterprises to the packaging suppliers,the basic situation,the status quo and the challenges of the case-study S company.The fourth chapter carries on the concrete analysis to the problems that S company faces and gives the corresponding solutions.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the implementation mode,effect analysis and continuous development of the management plan of strategic packaging suppliers in S company.The sixth chapter is a conclusion of the classification management of packaging suppliers,and the selection and management plans of strategic packaging suppliers,as well as implications to the industry and its limitations.The main conclusion of this paper is that S company needs to adjust its structural setup and establish strategic cooperation relationship with packaging strategic suppliers,and promote strategic cooperation in order to achieve win-win cooperation.
