Tourist websites are main source for tourists to obtain tourist information.But explosive growth of tourist website information has caused a great disturbance to tourists,and affects them satisfaction.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out some researches,such as the influence of website information quality on travel decision-making and travel decision-making on tourist satisfaction.However,there is a lack of research on the relationship between tourist website information quality and visitor satisfaction.Taking quality of tourism website information as research topic,establish information quality evaluation index system of tourism website,and introduction travel decision as an intermediary variable in this study.Finally,analysis the influence of tourism website information quality on tourist satisfaction.The main research contents include two aspects:First,constructed information quality evaluation index system of tourism websites.In the past,scholars mainly concentrated on two aspects that website information content quality evaluation and website information expression form quality evaluation,few studies have chosen specific metrics based on site type.For that reason,this study takes tourism websites as research object,established an information quality evaluation index system which is suitable for tourism websites and consistent with characteristics of tourism websites.In order to helping tourists get rid of problems caused by tourism information overflow,accurately screening and validly obtaining of tourism website information.Second,clarified logical relationship between information quality of travel websites,travel decision-making and tourist satisfaction.Previous studies have shown that website information quality has a significant impact on tourists' travel decisions,and travel decision-making is an important antecedent variable affected tourist satisfaction.This study take this as the breakthrough point,structural equation model that describes the relationships between information quality of tourism website and tourist satisfaction was developed,travel decision was introduced as the mediation variables between quality of tourism website and tourist satisfaction.The methods of descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis and intermediary effect analysis were used to get the consults.It is found that the index of comprehensive and accurate affected the content quality of tourism website information,the index of understandability and suitability affected the form quality of tourism website information expression.Information quality of tourism website can not only directly positive influence on tourist satisfaction,but also indirectly affect tourist satisfaction through the mediating effect of travel decision.Information expression form quality of tourism website has the greatest impact on tourist satisfaction,and the form quality of tourism website information expression that understandability is the main index affecting tourist satisfaction.The scenic spots and travel partner are the main consideration decision projects,after compared with tourism website information,visitors focus more on tourist destination accommodation and entertainment information.Some suggestions are discussed to improve the information quality of tourism website based on the findings.
