Research On Xi Jinping's Management Philosophy

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has led the people of all ethnic groups in the country to actively join the socialist modernization drive.Under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core,through deepening reforms,China has achieved major breakthroughs in political,economic,cultural,social,and ecological civilization,and the achievements highlight the management wisdom of Xi Jinping.Management philosophy is mainly a study of the general management worldview and methodology,and is a generalization of the general laws of management.Studying Xi Jinping's management thought from the perspective of management philosophy helps to understand Xi Jinping's general idea of governing the country and has important guiding significance for China's socialist modernization.This article is based on the topic “Study of Xi Jinping's Management Philosophy”and tries to use management subject-object theory,management decision theory,management methodology,management organization theory,and management value theory,and by reading important literature on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping,The perspective of management philosophy studies Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in a new era.Xi Jinping's thought on ruling the state and administering the country is studied.Based on the theoretical knowledge of management philosophy,the dissertation analyzes and summarizes the main contents of Xi Jinping's management philosophical thoughts.That is,management subjects should have firm beliefs,adherence to principles,and daring to be responsible;they should strengthen their learning and diligence in practice;Use people properly.To manage the object,we need to use both hands of "rule of law" and "rule of virtue";we must attach importance to the construction of the basic organizationin which the management object resides;and the need to properly handle the management object.Management decisions need to be scientific,democratized,and rule of law;decision-making focuses on “creating roots”;managers must be “specialist” of decision-making.The organization should proceed from strengthening the building of democratic centralism;strengthening the overall function of grass-roots party organizations;advancing the construction of the national monitoring system,etc.,and proceeding to further develop organizational functions and improve organizational systems.The managers must adhere to the basic working methods of the mass line;grasp the "six major thinkings";and implement a multi-pronged joint effort through the coordination of various management methods.In managerial value theory,managers should insist on the management of human-centeredness and management efficiency.The article finally expounds the important guiding significance of Xi Jinping's management philosophy.Persisting in the management philosophical thinking of Xi Jinping further highlighted the important role of the people as the center;clarifying the power of decision-making improved the fault-finding mechanism of decision-making;the six-thinking method enriched the specific content of the management methodology;Xi Jinping's management philosophies were the majority of party members and cadres.The ideological guidance provided for the practice of politics.
